So sweet and well drawn Joe, maybe if the pastel lifts you could smear glue stick over lightly and sprinkle the white snow-flakes? Try it out first on a coloured pencil swatch then lightly rub glue stick and sprinkle white pastel snowflakes if it adheres then you could apply to this picture. Always practice on some swatch first if not sure as that is how we progress...

This didn’t take me long to do … coloured pencil on a piece of drafting film I had left over. I scraped some white pastel onto the picture to represent the snow but I guess that will all come off when I put the picture up as I don’t know how to secure it to the paper!
