Absolutely beautiful, love all the shapes of leaves, flowers and trees. This looks like it has taken quite a time to paint.

Thanks Lesley. Yes they do take a long time, about 10 hours from the drawing to finishing the painting. Some of that is because of the drying time for the watercolour. Funnily enough the smaller paintings take almost as long :)

Earlier this year I was involved in a project sponsored by the Woodland Trust who were regenerating abandoned woodlands. As part of this project artists were asked to produce work for an exhibition. This is 50cm x 35cm and pen & watercolour.
