this reminds me of the childrens film (The Little Princess) she tells her school friends stories of India and a made up story of Rama an indian prince, he creates a circle of salt for his princess to never leave so she is safe while he battle the 4 deamon headed ravvana :-) this painting so like that and i really like it :-) India seems so mystical :-)

just to let you know before others tell you - you are only allowed to upload no more than 4 paintings in a day otherwise artists get cross, and it means less viewings for other artists work on the front page to be seen. Personally i do not mind, but others get corss and i dont want them going at you. Keep up the good artwork, because it is lovely :-)

thanks a lot...and so sweet ur childhood story Actually i don't have idea about this site... today i was in my house and feel to do like this so i just search this site and upload these pictures. all these are my chilldhood time paintings when i was around 17-18 year old.. now a days i m working in a company and don't enough time to make all these type of paintings.. But ready every time to learn about painting and photography on net because of i am doing job but it is not my hobby. And by default or by badluck my hobby couldn't be my job... thanks a lot...

:-) well i think you are a very good artist. I hope you will paint more when you have the time :-) The story, is from a movie. I am sure your Lord Krishna was portrayed in this movie, but, the princess (little girl) was sent from India to an english boarding school because her father was called to war. the girl created these stories and imagined her father was Rama/Lord Krishna. I have no idea about art, i just love to paint :-p you are welcome :-)

Lovely intricate work. I am not sure of the story behind the painting, but I am sure it is full of tales of India. What a shame you don't have more time to continue your painting these days - do try to make time as your paintings are charming. Also, welcome to the site. Please don't heed any warnings about people 'going at you' as it isn't true. The site does recommend a limit of posting 4 paintings a day just to give everyone a fair chance, but as long as you don't post 4 a day every day (lol!) you should be ok. Looking forward to seeing more of your lovely work.
