This is the amphibian surgeon Sir Francis Polliwog who managed to diagnose Teebee (the baby tadpole) and it was earlier comic art sketch for the story "The tale of Gertrude Frog" written ages ago but the Art work halted as we moved again, but glad I put these drawings in a folder. Might revise and start again with some more illustrations.
