Painted a collection of shells from the seashore. It was rather difficult to paint the structure of these various shells and took ages as different light and shade drifted during the day, so each time they posed showing altered form.... still-life painting takes ages to paint but drawing in pencil seems to maintain a steady fixture of sorts... might try a pencil sketch next...
