I like how you have caught that soft, hazy after rain feel to this lovely scene Andrew.

Beautifully painted, the reflections on the road are really good , the whole thing has that clean fresh look we get after rain .

Your drawing and painting are superb. Love those greys. You achieve the look and feel of a place with a limited palette which ties the work together into a harmonious whole. Because your work is so excellent, I'm wondering if you ever play, ever let go of some of your control, perhaps leave some areas open for the viewer to fill in.

Effective limited palette, and an after-the-rain feel. Nice one.
