Last June I got the chance to visit Layer Marney Tower with a group of artists. Walking around I found the light bouncing off the wooden beams of the old barn absolutely fascinating, plus the old piano that was stored there. It seemed to be waiting for the next dance. Painted indoors from a sketch done on site with photographs as a back up.
