Thanks Dennis and Carole. It's painted onto kitchen roll glued onto gesso board, an old school craft technique, something different for a change, think I'll paint the next one onto tin foil.

Ah the kitchen roll technique, it's very effective here, love the textures and the painting of the figure, it's got a lovely wistful feel to it.

An old system of painting never heard of here, but so what I am still learning. It must be difficult although the result is smashing as with this enigmatic piece.

This is lovely powerful work Andre, fabulous textures and design element.
