Thank you Mia and Brian, I really like using Inktense pencils, I can sit and sketch everything out quickly with them then just go over with a wash. Then I define rocks and boulders where the watermarks are left, finishing off with pen.

I have some intense pencils and also the new paint box - now just need the time to sit and play with them. I keep saying to our art group it’s all about knowing the colours and what they will do!

Yes Rachel as the name suggests they are really vibrant when used solidly, so with this painting I've used them very lightly, but you can go over when dry if you want to create deeper colour, example for shadows. Thank you Carole and Jen, as always your comments are so appreciated 😀

Love this Linda. Great job. I have never tried those pencils and paper but maybe I will think about it when you can produce something like this.

Thank you Dorothy, I'm really getting used to them now, they produce some lovely marks and colours when you draw one shade on top of another, good to experiment 😀
