Detail of hills (update)

Coming along nicely - an heroic scale of painting to tackle, the difficulty in this is partly in keeping interest going throughout the picture while having a point of focus so the eye doesn't just dart about from one bit to another without ever being able to settle. But then - you'll know that......

Thank you, Robert. I'm hoping that the subject's nature will aid me in getting the flow right - down the valley, through the village (yet to be painted) and over the beach out to sea, with the headland of West Cliff acting as the main point of focus.
