There's a lot more fluidity in this version. Painting purely from imagination poses all sorts of difficulties, I find!

Thank you, Jenny, Robert. One of my difficulties in this piece was that too much spilled out of my imagination! It took on so much meaning that it ceased to mean what it was meant to mean. If that makes any sense.

No, but I love it!

I haven't seen any but the first version and this works so much better. The ribbons don't stand out now but blend with the picture and there is a lovely fluidity about it now. Wonderful.
