Thank you, Dennis and Derek... Derek, the masses of people had evidently gone inside because it was cold. I was inside - inside the café beneath the Spinnaker Tower when I drew this one. Right next to the window. Not sure there was room between me and the water for any people...

From below the Spinnaker Tower, in Rotring Art Pen and Derwent Line Marker 0.3 (after the Art Pen unexpectedly stopped :-( ) with a graphite sky. Today's sky was a bit graphite-hued.
