Lovely painting Alice, you have created a beautiful light and recession my eye is taken around the picture and down the creek into the distance and leaves me wondering what's around the bend.

Acrylic on canvas, 60 x 30cm In this painting I was trying to capture one of those peaceful mornings by the creek where the mist is clinging onto the valley, creating a wonderful sense of stillness. This painting is of beautiful Gweek but there are very similar scenes like this all along the Helford river which has many atmospheric inlets and has inspired artists and authors alike...
