Acrylic on paper, 69 x 18cm. On the last day of my summer holiday to North Wales, it stopped raining for long enough for us to drive up to the hills and see this magnificent sunset over Snowdonia. I made a quick sketch from the car as it was so windy and used this and some photographs as the basis of this studio painting. The light and colours were just stunning. Hope iIve managed to capture some of that here...
