Oil on gesobord - view from the scraggy hilltop of Cramond Island across the causeway to the East Coast of Scotland. It was a particularly wet and windy day and I was captivated by the wild grasses and harsh plantlife surviving on the island, captured here in oil with erratic pallette knife strokes
