Fantastic Alan. I love views from windows and you have done this beautifully. The transition from closed to open window in terms of the subtle shifts in colour is done particularly well

Created from a photo I took one day at the Beamish Museum, I decided to paint it in front of the visitors. It is created in oil paint on a 20 by 16 inch canvas board
