Brilliant painting and brilliant sentiment. I am trying to do my bit by monthly donations to the WWF, we've adopted a snow leopard and other members of the extended family also sponsor animals. It is a very worthy cause and we all do have it in our hands to make a real difference to these critically endangered species. Well done for highlighting this issue with your super painting. P.S. Have you offered it to someone like the WWF? I am sure they would be interested.

Many thanks Thea and I feel exactly the same. Snow leopards are my favourite big cat and I'll upload one tomorrow. Yes we can make a difference and on way is not to buy so many wooden items. Poaching for Ivory and Rhino Horn is a massive problem and I do campaign against this. I did submit this large painting ( 140 x 80cm) to The David Shepherd Wildlife Artist of the Year competition 3 years ago but no luck. I've written to the WWF too but no reply as I supposed they're busy. So I trundle along and do what I can!!!!

This beautiful painting should have been accepted, still it's their loss.

This was painted about three years ago to highlight thirteen of the most endangered mammals on the planet through destruction of their their habitat, poaching etc. Let's do all we can to save them in whatever way we can. Singing petitions does often work.
