Lovely feeling of the old masters or even the Victorian school of painting (which of course this is). Super contrast between the white of the lady and her gown and the dark trees behind her. Great work.

Really admire your versatility, Alan. Your animal paintings are marvellous and this one, so different, is delicate and quite charming.
