this is lovely, just maybe the back should have been darker, but maybe the sun was shining through there, i love it anyway, i have trouble with trees

Thanks for your comments Lilias , yes the sun was making shards of light where it came down through the rows of trees and making lovely cast shadows on the trees.

Very nice painting, I struggle with watercolours. I think the bluebell colours are done very well.

Like the colour tone of the painting. With trees one idea is complete one side and then turn the painting upside down. I find this also works with symetrical objects such as bottles as we are all naturally one sided.
