Super league Adele. The way you have captured the damaged leaves is skilled and accomplished.

Beautiful sunflowers Adele, love the varied shades and shapes.

Lovely Adele, as already said "the leaves are great"

Adele these are beautiful and perfect - I can't do a flower to save my life !!!

Superb Adele, I love sunflowers they always make me smile and so did these.

Thanks everyone for these lovely comments. Took me quite a while to paint as I kept leaving it. Pleased it's now finished.

Lovely bright painting Adele like it.

Thank you Dennis.

Love the colour in this, Adele! The Seedhead in the main flower is different from the others and is a lovely touch! Your nibbled leaves add character and interest to the plant and the veins and different greens , blues and yellows in them are great! Like Fiona, Sunflowers make me smile. I am Beaming back at these!!!!

Thank you for your kind comments Jennifer - I absolutely love Sunflowers.

I like it that you're not afraid to go dark, lots of impact, I do love a sunflower!

These are a radiant bunch of sunflowers Adele. Lovely work.

Thank you Caroline and Sarah. I think the bright yellow always make people feel happy - like the sun shining.

Thanks Christopher.

Flatford Mill was the place we were looking for. OF COURSE! a senior moment experienced by both of us. Funnily enough I was more enamoured by the sunflowers than the cottage! Open Acrylics.
