Glad you had a go, Adrian! I like the subject and composition, it’s turned out really well. I always find printing the most difficult bit - and impressed that you only cut yourself once! (If you do decide to continue, it’s worth investing in a good set of cutting tools - Pfeil are the best.)

Excellent work Adrian, not an easy thing to do despite Jenny making it look so. The subject is great and a good scene for your first attempt.

Inspired by Jenny Harris’ linocut print I got hold of a cheap kit and had a bash. Having just seen a barn owl out hunting during the late evening I though it might be a good place to start. Found it a nice new thing to try and only cut myself once! Printing was hit and miss... well more misses than hits if i’m honest, this was just about the best print.
