You really brought a smile to my face Adebanji. I'm afraid it is sad fact men's noses do get larger as do the ears (you should see my husband's - still love him though) as they age! You are young! Love the pose and the cross hatching. Can see the concentration there but a little more relaxed than other self portraits. Excellent.

I was sitting here trying to think of any Japanese phrases which I might add to give a little local colour to my comment. Unfortunately, I find that Yen is the only word I seem to recall or Kamakazi neither of which add much to a comment on your self portrait. ...Adebanjisan?. Well done for making the effort to keep up your sketching even in new place... so much to see and do no doubt. I think you have some nice highlights on the face, and to sit and study your own reflection is my idea of true dedication, personally I couldnt stand the scrutiny.
