Wow what a little darling, one of your babies ? Even as drawing the softness of the baby's features is showing beautifully. What is an Oil base pencil, is it an Oil pastel or am I mistaken?

Thanks Diana! Thanks Beatrice- It is Oil Base Pencil, just ask for it in the artshops, I love it because itis less messy and less dusty. The ones I use are made by Faber Castell.
