Absolutely smashing - the movement and the colour are so expressive.

I love it too. Wonderful colour and movement.

Thanks Robert and Jeannette!

Great texture as well as the aforementioned movement and colour, looking forward to more in the series.

Lovely technique, I bet the textures are beautiful as Val mentions, and some really interesting mark making. Quite a different style of painting.

Thanks Lesley, this was done with an impasto- flick technique and the style here is quite different as I am experimenting with colour, movement, mood, texture, energy and vitality. It's also a bit more expressively abstract as thats all one can see as an observer of a tap dancer, its all in motion and quite "unclear".

This promises to be a great series of paintings. What the eye sees of Flamenco...fast, vivacious , dazzling and thrilling....yet with a proud dignity to it. Very very good.

Wonderful impasto; gives such a sense of movement and life.

Super painting, texture ,colours and composition are wonderful. It has lots of movement and vitality. Colours really are amazing.
