This is beautifully done Linda, a frequent visitor to our old pear tree which has been used as a nesting site in the past.

Very, very good Linda, a lovely bird. We are lucky to get a pair on the feeders in the garden, who then bring their kids when they’ve fledged. Costs a small fortune! Worth it though.

Woodpecker in flight, we so often used to see these birds flying low over the golf course a few years ago now when we used to play. 10 x 10 watercolour.
