Full of spontaneity and energy - it’s perked me up!

Very lively and effective Chris. It looks to me like a windy seascape. Have you used more than one medium here? Looks like watercolour for the top part, then something more substantial for the foreground.

Thankyou Sarah Faye Heather Marjorie and Tessa for your kind comments. Much appreciated as always. Tessa you are correct in your observations. I started wet on wet with the sky. Decided to make it some kind of seascape as I went along. Began using a palette knife to quickly shape rocks and breaking waves in the foreground. The white is actually soluble oil paint. The rocks just used watercolour straight from the tube onto my palette knife. I must admit I thoroughly enjoyed that part of my painting very much.
