Excellent painting, the same thing happened to me got there all fired up with the grandkids no train today, it was about the same time as you coincidentally.

A repost of a painting I did from a photograph of a visit to the Forest of Dean steam railway some twenty years ago. Unfortunately we had picked the wrong day to pay a chance visit. As nothing was running and was deserted.
