Anth thank you fir your comment.  Well it’s done I had a good hour or so working on it this afternoon but decided to stop here as in likely to fiddle more . The background is fussy but I wanted to reflect a buys port that never stops working, the idea behind the ship is that it’s been towed away to the breakers yard and move early so it doesn’t get in the  way of the busy shipping lanes. This type of old ship worked for years until they were just about floating rust then they carried on a bit longer due to both world wars, in contrast modern ships are scraped with in a very short working life span . The first photo was taken in direct daylight., tother two on my easel . I will put it on the gallery in the bp next day or so as I like to leave a painting then check a little later before posting .
