I thank you all for your comments , unfortunately I succumbed to my habit of fiddling and was wanting to rush it off .
For not apparent sensible reason I decided to put a retaining wall on the left hand side then as I wasn’t sure about it fiddled till it became darker and looked awful . I have since dabbed it off fortunately I use strong heavy paper, and will re think that area . I’ve attached a phot before I fiddle to much as I think a WIP should be warts and all , clearly showing how you changed the painting .

All done I think , better leave it till tomorrow before signing it off a d posting on the gallery. I think I’ve successfully cleared up the left hand side ,not quite what I originally had in mind but very close, need to use darker green to cover the fiddling .
I’m pleased with it , be more so when I get the frustration of messing it up out of my mind.

Thank you Alan, and I would like to thank those who have been following me whilst doing this painting. I do sometimes think I’m being a bit cheeky posting my work in progress as I don’t want to overstay my welcome, I post themfor a couple of reasoned ,
1 , I hope that in some way it encourages other users to post there own work and that it also might help someone with a problem they are facing .
2, We all learn by watching, I do as a habit due to dyslexia I learn more than I ever could from and instruction book .
3. Last but not least I enjoy the interaction and suggestions that are made , often it encourages me to stick to the painting when I might have given up .
THANK YOU AGAIN , BE WARNED I MIGHT WELL, MOST LIKELY WILL BE BACK .

Cheeky? Of course not - I like to see works in progress; others like them too, and for those who wonder how it's done, they're extremely helpful. That's what this WIP category is for, after all. I so rarely remember to take photos of work in progress, because once I've started I do tend to bang on with it, for better or for worse, and the pause between stages is therefore slight. I might do better to slow down a bit - I do stop now and then, to let the old bones settle and the muscles to resume their strength, but rarely at the point at which a photo would be of much interest or use: to be of real help, a WIP needs to be considered - so you can see the beginning of one stage, and its end; then the beginning of the next. So don't be put off from doing it by the thought that you're being cheeky - go on, cheek away!

Thank you Robert , I will blame you for encouraging me you do realise that . I have to say that do enjoy posting WIP , the interaction is good and I do enjoy explaining what I do and why . Hope it does help someone even small way , I’d be happy to explain more of sone wanted to know or understand why I do thing a certain way.
In addition to what I have said I benefit from posting as well due to feeling I need to complete the work even when I’m struggling or have lost some enthusiasm with the particular work.
