Not a problem Marjorie. Hope your WIP goes well. 👍
Glacial progress due to other things getting in the way of painting. I went to see the Euan Uglow exhibition at the MK Gallery on Tuesday (MK residents pay £1 on Tuesdays😁). I urge you to see it . Euan Uglow : An Arc from the Eye. - on until 31st May 2026. Anyway, moving on, I've blocked in the trunks of the trees in a grey wash to help me see whats going on. I also added the pink cube sculpture and some other glass framework. I hope to do more today.

Some work on the foreground and ground floor of the shopping centre.
Looking forward to seeing it develop, MK is a place I visit often , it makes it more interesting knowing what you are doing and I can understand any difficulties you are facing.

Thanks Paul, I think I'm going to have to simplify things a lot. For those that don't know it, the Centre:mk is basically a large grade 2 listed glass box with an open air quadrangle ( Queen's Court) near it's centre.  It's the hub of Milton Keynes and is thought of as a high street by those that live there.

Some progress on the foreground elements with the marble seating blocks finalised. Perspective at the roof level needs work I know.
Good work. The cloud gives it a surreal feeling.
Thanks Brett.  Progress on the first floor background colours, more window framing and I fixed the perspective issue (I hope).  Now to add some more detail.

The ground floor has enough detail I think. I could add more but I'm not aiming to reproduce my reference photograph. Here's the state of play as of today:
An excellent piece Andrew, I like the open spaces that are left so caution needed if you’re contemplating carrying on…
Look really good Andrew .
