I hope you’re going to keep some of that orange, beautiful against the blue/grey.
Looking good, Alan. I do like the colours you have chosen for this work, it has a lovely atmosphere.
Thanks for your comments on the previous stages… this is my next stage - it’s coming along slowly, or that’s how it seems to me! But in actual fact, I’ve only spent a couple of hours on it so far. I want to keep it loose with minimal detail, so a good portion of the lower half is close to being finished  - a few figures for scale I think! I’ve dropped in some off-white highlights, to indicate a shaft of light hitting the yachts… that’s in case it wasn’t obvious!

Looking great Alan.  It’ll be interesting to see the next step.
This is going to be superb - and of course, it's so interesting to watch your progress with it.
Alan , it’s such a fabulous looking piece already, I do enjoy watching your work in progress.
Alan I just love the loose style and beautiful colours
So good indeed, and I’m admiring the little details, working gear under the boats.
Thanks for your comments, always appreciate the time taken. Not a lot of interest, par for the course lately but we carry on regardless…
It is going to be a stunner for sure Alan. Great composition. I love it already.
Enjoying watching it develop, love the colours.
It's looking really good Alan. Good to see the different stages as you progress.
