At that stage where I ask myself is this done...?
I really like this - very painterly and so much emotion in that face.
Agree with Gary about the face; could the body do with a glaze or two, just a touch of added definition?  A completely speculative question, because the way this appears (on my screen anyway, which is set to a large view to suit my myopia), the picture can't be seen as one.  I think I would be inclined to add a darker glaze to the sitter's left, our right, but I don't have any confidence in that suggestion; you have certainly finished the face and shoulders......  An alternative strikes me that perhaps a light-coloured brush stroke to add a little definition to her right shoulder would help - the body is a bit sketched-in to my eyes, but that may be entirely what you intended. It's a fine portrait.  
It's a good portrait. Perhaps the shoulder on the left is too large compared with the right hand shoulder. I don't think it's worth making any changes.
