Finally picked a brush up again last week, after 6 months off with Covid, a nasty months-long sinus infection, a house move and a new toy (classic yank pickup truck!) I’ve now got a conservatory to play in which means I can stay set up and out of the way :) Got some decent progress on the camper: Just need to get the back wheel and a few details sorted and the star of the show’s done.

Your painting is stunning. I do love the VW camper.  My dad had a dark blue and white one when I was a kid… we went everywhere in it (all six of us!). When us kids got bigger he got an awning that attached to the side.

It’s amazing I’ve never owned one of these Helen, or any other classic VW come to that - a camper would be perfect for us now our daughter’s a bit older! Who knows, maybe one of these days… 😁 Finished the camper off tonight, at long last - just the road and background to complete now.
