Wow, it's really looking fantastic!
Looks brilliant.
Maybe slightly different subject matter than what I'm used to from you, but the same classy result.  Excellent Anth.
Thanks all 👍 I love painting stuff like this for myself Lewis, always had a fascination with scrapyards since I was a kid. Got another couple started upstairs, looking forward to getting back onto them!
Looks like it could be finished to me Anth, absolutely amazing, as is Automatron (which incidentally I found an nteresting video on the car, on Utube).
Still needs a bit of work to the trees, but it’s not far off - Automatron’s pretty cool isn’t it?
Nearly finished this one - some more leaves to add in the background, bark detail on the tree trunks, and bit of texture to the soil at the bottom, and it’s done.
Brilliant Anth , looks so good .
Getting there Dixie! The background of the original pic has a lot more trees but I’m liking it as it is, so I’m hoping the next couple of nights will see it finished. At least that’ll give it plenty of time to dry before framing it for the Bonhams exhibition.
What's this exhibition Anth?  Or are you putting it for an auction - certainly looks good for that.
It’s an exhibition running alongside an auction, not sure whether I’ve been selected to appear yet but I’ve got my fingers and toes crossed. If not, think I’ve got a potential buyer for this one so won’t be too gutted.
Interesting.  Good luck.   I'll keep my eye on Bonhams website for details.
