I think the bigger study is supposed to be the finished painting, though - I'd like to see a larger one, because I'm too short-sighted to get the detail in this shot.   I don't have any problem with it being posted here - just think it deserves a better setting, and apologies to her if she HAS posted on the Gallery and I've missed it; the snag with the Gallery, of course, is that inevitably a picture comes, you blink, and then a dozen or so others have pushed it away... not sure what could be done about that, either...

It is a good painting, I particularly like the pose. Agree that just the finished piece deserves a gallery slot… I haven’t seen it on there but as you rightly say Robert… blink etc…
