I’m with you as far as working quickly (although you wouldn’t know it sometimes!) I use quick drying oils and Liquin medium, which normally means touch-dry within 24 hours - perfect for the way I work.
The cobra is superb work Malcolm.
Well, the Mustang is now finished. I am very pleased with the final result and hope you like it too.
Top class work Malcolm.
It's brilliant - not a lot more I can say!
Superb painting, both you and Anth are grand master of car paintings they are alway a pleasure,to see.

Thanks Paul, very true about Anth. I am hoping to get to meet him soon as we are both NE based and both car nuts.
That would be good in sure you will both get along well as you have the common interests . Don’t put yourself down Malcolm you are a master at what you do and it’s really a pleasure to see your artwork.
Already commented in the gallery Malcolm but just wanted to reiterate that I love this one! Particularly like the way the strong shadow emphasises the beautiful red bodywork. Love the detail of those GT steels as well, was just looking at one of these in the trunk of a ‘66 coupe at a show this afternoon!
