Thanks Faye , it was fun I think as adult we  stop playing and forget how much fun it can be , I suppose painting is playing on a way.  Manage a bit more today, finding it very time consuming , I’m having to be strict with myself as I have a tendency to get Feb up and want to finish it  , this is good as it’s making me concentrate to the end.

Thank you Faye I intend taking my time on this and not allow my eagerness to finish take over . We learn so much from every painting we do , it a good part of why I think it’s so much fun to do. When I was  managing a mental health service, one of the the psychiatrist use to say adult need to play more and counterbalance life. He once gave a lady a prescription to  laugh and have fun every day , he felt she need permission to do do . It did seem to work as over a year or so she became more relaxed and joined in projects etc much more. Art was always popular as was poetry groups etc.

Oh wow didn't know you done that Paul. Yes I agree it's a healthy medicine. Will power there Paul with taking your time. That's great. Can be hard sometimes I am the same. I try and give myself 10mins and think of all the positives I have. Whilst doing that I massage my face. 🤣 kind to yourself

And a bit more done , I’m enjoying painting this and not letting my self rush it . I think the owl is done . Now for bugs and the foreground. Making myself stop deliberately or I will just push on and rush the end . Thank you Faye, for your encouragement.

Thanks Marjorie, it did take a bit of thinking about , but was really good to work on . I also learned a lot from doing it , particularly about taking my time and not rushing at the end.
