The new website is up and running, but there is only one post on the changes.  I agree with the post that the complete loss of number of views is unfortunate.  I have an open mind about the 'For Sale' category, fearing that the site will simply be swamped by people wanting to sell rather than discuss their work.  Time will tell.  As a final thought I am also waiting to see if any changes have been made to the 'four a day' postings limit that has proved rather controversial in the last year or so
The four a day, as far as I know, remains the same Tony. However, someone has posted ten earlier as you have seen, you commented on one of them. I’ve asked Dawn to clarify the situation, hopefully just a glitch in the system!
Forum Code of Conduct, at the top, doesn't appear to be accessible. There are just old posts and replies. Have I got this wrong? It's all a bit overwhelming!!! We do need to be able to access the guidelines for the site. Also, surely I've added more than 138 comments - since 2007 or thereabouts?

Any issues such as this should be reported to Dawn, there are a number of minor glitches with the new site and she will pass them all on to the technical team.
Sorry to keep on about the same old, same old.  Somebody named Timothy Phillips has posted 20 'for sale' pictures today...maybe more, I gave up counting after 20.  Can't blame him I suppose, the system allows it.   I've been trying to be positive about the new site, it does have many good points.   This has confirmed all my worse fears about a 'for sale' facility.  I think I'll go away for a month, then come back and see what's happened to the site.   If it remains as is, it'll be goodbye from me.  I know a lot of people want to sell their work, but there are stacks of sites for that already.  Maybe there's no place for people like me who do it for fun. See you later, maybe. Dispirited, Lew.

Probably the best thing to do is use it to your advantage and upload 20-30 of your own - blast the others to the next page :). I'd like to see more of your work rather than many of those being sold. I can see the need for a place to sell artwork, since there are precious few places that are free and reach a large audience, and many people would like to fund their hobby. I'm running out of wall/cupboard space, myself. Maybe what's needed is a filter that puts 'for sale' items into another gallery, or have a front page filter of "Not For Sale". So, as you say, let's be positive about the changes.

There is certainly an error with the number of posts to the gallery being left unlimited. I have asked that this be looked into as a matter of urgency along with the search facility. Please bear with us! Dawn

I have added this to the sheet of things for the technicians to take a look at Marjorie.

Please bear with us Lew! The number of postings per day will be looked into as soon as possible. The ability to show your work for sale was something we felt would appeal to some members - will keep it under review!

Hi Chris, All the main functionality PaintersOnline had before will remain free of charge - it's only the Studio extras which will be a paid for subscription. You can choose whether to have the added extras or not after the 60 days.

The daily limit will be reinstated as soon as possible!
