Hi All. As part of a review of some of the PO content (which is vast, as you can imagine!) we would appreciate your input on mediums and subjects to help us streamline things a bit. Please could you tell us your favourite mediums and subjects (a maximum of six for each) on this thread? Thanks in advance, Dawn

Hello Dawn, watercolour, oil, pastel, acrylic and charcoal, they are all my favourite. Subjects, very difficult, everything but I think I'm heading towards figures and cubism. I'm probably not much help am I.
Das ist einfach! Ahem.  Mediums with oil: Linseed Oil.  Occasionally Stand Oil. Watercolour: Water. Acrylic: Water - occasionally a resinous medium, but not often. Gouache: A bit of water. As for the painting media, as opposed to the media mixed with them: in order:  Acrylic; oil; watercolour; gouache; and any drawing medium that comes to hand, including charcoal, conté, carbon, pen and ink, coloured pencil - and very, very rarely, pastel.   Aye aye, that's your lot (for our older listeners.....).
