Wondering if the automatic spam detector might be removing genuine topics, because a spammer has added a comment under a bone fide post?  I thought I'd add a bit more to the Artist of the Year Masterclass thread but I can't find it now. Things did seem a bit quiet earlier this week, perhaps others have been affected?

It has been a quite week on the forum this week actually since last Thursday now I think about it . I have removed around twenty posts a day in the moderators queue all related to fake cash and drugs . If anything is added to a thread only the spam additions will be removed and show for the moderators to make a decision about it should not affect the original thread postings .

I also thought the Forum quiet for a while and put it down to the amount of spam putting people off. It certainly did me, and I often find it difficult to retrieve a thread that has disappeared recently.

What subject heading was the Artists Masterclass under?  It should still be there, wherever "there" is, if a moderator hasn't inadvertently removed the whole topic - (wasn't me!).

I have had several emails. Automatic reports but they had already been dealt with by the time I Checked so no idea if they where kosher or not

I removed a lot over the past week but as I said earlier they were all definitely spam , the usual stuff fake money, drug etc.
