Help to identify artists (Geo. Harnark??)

Nothing more to add Phil - there’s not enough information on view to make an educated opinion either way, except to repeat what I’ve already said, it does look a bit flat and therefore it could well be yet another print. Robert, if he’s looking in later, may be able to shed some more light on it!
We've seen this artist before - and tried to find him; but while there are plenty of Harnacks, we couldn't find a Harnark, as I recall.  I think this is a print anyway - it can be very hard to tell on a screen - so won't be of substantial value.  My usual advice here is = if you like it, just enjoy it: and - wait: sometimes, information comes our way out of the blue, years after we've asked the question.
