Wonderful Skylar. Here is an old one. I'm planning on doing a new one today, I think in watercolours.
I've got a few when I've been looking through.
What a lovely selection of paintings you have all posted! Here is my contribution.
Lovely Diane. I've just done a sketch, no straight lines, it's freehand. I'll put a bit more detail in. I'm doing it in watercolour and I'm going to use violets and browns I think with some yellows for glowing light. That's what I'm thinking anyway. I'm off to the art gallery  tomorrow. They have a good selection of Turner's work. I'll be eyeballing all the Nocturne paintings while I'm there.
I've just posted 2 nocturnes to the Work In Progress forum.  I was out painting en plein air last night, keeping our firework averse horses company.  I did a bit of prep during daylight hours to position the horizon line and foreground trees.  This is my favourite of the 2 Bonfire Night pieces I completed in pastel on black MiTientes paper.
My sketch done in watercolours.
I bet this is the only medium I've never think of to try. I just don't feel for it. But! I love others arts a lot! I think it's not an easy medium to get control of, and I've seen masterpieces... Your sketch is nice example of well achieved study Denise.
There are lots of lovely paintings here! Here’s a pastel painting I did a wee while ago plus an acrylic I  painted back in May.
Some lovely images posted.  One more from me.
The standard of artwork is excellent  and quite varied. I’m posting a couple of older paintings as I’m not able to paint at the moment.
I painted this with winter in mind in the style of one of my favourite artists, Paul Klee.
I redrew my Parklife sketch to make it a definite night view. A3 Calli black ink and charcoal.
