Well said, Justin, especially the 'fun and empathy' bit. I popped in earlier, and after reading, Robert's post, this thread had been locked! Hi Andrew, is there a legal requirement to attribute copyright free images? If there is then there are many who don't, I'm sure. Michael is sticking to the amount of posts specified. This conversation, a few weeks ago, came to a happy and democratic conclusion by both Michael and an administrator. Why are we back on this subject, again? Apart from the people on this forum, how many who post their work in the gallery (of which there are many) have complained?
Unlocked now (for a few minutes more)  I pushed the wrong button.  I don't object to two at a time; others might, but I hope they don't.  It doesn't matter how many have complained - half a dozen at most; it's more a case of who has complained and why.  We can't afford to lose good artists, it's that simple - if we do, the whole site loses its integrity.  Given this has now gone to Dawn, and everyone who has troubled to has expressed a view, I WILL now lock the thread.  In valediction though, I welcome the effort Michael has made to meet us half way: and hope members will make an effort to grasp all points of view in this argument - though I don't expect we're much likelier to agree with each other.  Remember though that it was kicked off by a digital artist - so whatever else it is, it's not an assault on digital art.
