Gloom and despondency, hang dog expression, shuffling feet ,droopy shoulders.....I got rejected...... no one loves me , think I'll go and eat worms.
Patchings doesn't apreciate great art when it's shoved under their nose.....lol.
I do hope someone has breached the selection panel....come on who's got in ????????

That's tough Sylvia particularly as it was I who encouraged you to have a go.
I'm over at my little casa in Spain for an extended vacation so I sent word over to my daughter to check my mail yesterday and yes I have had an oil painting accepted. I've not been posting anything for quite a while as I'm 'burned out' and in need of some inspiration, hence my rather rapid departure from the UK a few weeks ago.
Well done Marjorie and I do hope that we have a few more to add to the list shortly.

Sylvia, I could do a monotype of that image. That would be interesting! I have checked our PO Box and there is nothing there. I suppose I had better contact the office so to speak. They notify all, one way or the other, having had my rejection letters in the past! I'll keep you posted ... ha ha.

Well, my faith in kindness has been restored. After I had explained the reason for my woe of not getting my letter, I returned to the Sorting Office just on the off chance that more post had been sorted for our PO box. The chap I had spoken to had checked the miss sorts and there it was. It might as well have stayed there for all the good it has done me. Another rejection letter. Oh well, never mind. As I said in another post "It's all in the eye of the beholder."
