Lovely to see your drawings of these great old vehicles, Paul and Christopher.
My small tribute to Australia, people and wildlife.
A lovely old bus Christopher and a thoughtful tribute to the people and animals of Australia Tessa......not to mention a great little sketch. I’m debating what to do for today’s sketch......🤔
Nice tribute and sketch, Tessa. Day 15 - I actually did this before I went out to art class this morning but for some reason I could not upload the image from my phone.  Tried several times.  Fortunately, seems okay now (though I still can't upload images to the Blog I set up though - I thought Blogs might be a way for people to keep all their images together as a reminder and thought I test-run it before suggesting - text okay but I couldn't upload from either phone or laptop yesterday, and still having problems today. More tulips!   Very quick sketch with watercolour markers and some added colour with Caran D'Ache Neocolor II water soluble wax crayons.  A2 cartridge.

Day 15 and still going strong with a great variety of sketches and paintings, love the old bus sketch Christopher, Margaret, the tulips seemed to have revived themselves well.!!! and Tessa your little Koala says it all, its devastating what's happening with the bush fires in Australia. Here's today's offering, it took me 45min. Free internet image with graphite pencil.
Forgot to post image, senior moment lol.
You've all been busy today.we don't seem to be running out of ideas...yet. Good selection of different subjects, admire them all.  Went to an exhibition of the Colourists today in Kendal. Sketched these two and added a bit of colour on return.
Cracking bee, Linda :)  It's not the same bunch of tulips - this lot will probably be drawn until they expire too!   Beautiful sketches, Marjorie :)
Top Tulips Margaret, bee-utiful Bee Linda and I recognise both of your sketches Marjorie from the exhibition I went to last year of the colourists. Great likeness of Jean. I was pondering what to sketch when I felt this presence behind me, perfect I thought. This is Bonnie bird, my very last hen, she’s ten years old and lives on the top of the fridge/freezer in the utility room. She goes out when it’s warm enough but really doesn’t like coming off her blanket! A Japanese fantailed bantam cross with a Golden duck wing modern game bantam. A feisty piece of work I can tell you! I’ve done her eye too big, I’ll have a fiddle with that.
