That’s a good one Tessa, sketch whilst having a cuppa. Love your cats Richard, that’s a good idea too.

Thanks Fiona, and if I did a Tessa whilst having a cuppa it would have gone cold by the time I had thought it through and done my first stroke !!
Lovely to see all these sketches - a great variety :)  I'm running a bit late in posting this - bought some tulips yesterday so decided to do a colour sketch - very wet watercolour (no underdrawing in pencil etc) on A2 cartridge - meant to be a very quick sketch but kept going back and fiddling!  So here are some very messy tulips :)

Managed to get this done in the last half hour, a little bit of the bookcase, not very straight lines LOL, I'm having your problems Fiona !!!
Really like that Linda - lovely lines :)
Cups of tea, one liners, lovely paint - great to see the variations. I meant to do a quick sketch in my room.....before I started painting. Got so involved I got no painting done! But I did enjoy it!
A quick sketch of one of my many vintage camera's Loving all the sketches that are here some great work everyone

Good strong one Christopher.
Great sketch Marjorie,, and that's a really good strong camera sketch Christopher 😀
Day 6 set my self a time limit but ran out of time, so here it is unfinished.
Lovely soft shading Marjorie, and strong line drawing Christopher and Paul - better go and do my Day 6 drawing now before I get drawn into something else!
Day 6=Day 12 of Christmas, otherwise the Epiphany so here are my three kings. Just packed the decos away and got the tree down, so now all over til next year!
The touch of yellow works so well on this Tessa.    I got my tree down yesterday - hope to get it all packed away and up the attic today - more room for painting!   A very quick (timed)  sketch of the tulips again - this time an A4 sketch with a LAMY fountain pen.
