Ian I am also using an iPad , but this doesn't happen on mine , I get the full pic. Odd ! .It's the most frustrating thing about websites and social media pages. One can spend hours personalising the headers and avatars, only to find other people see it completely differently according to their device, and evn their browser. Nothing can be done.

Is anybody else having problems viewing the Gallery Banner? I am only getting to see some of the images with big gaps between them - if I put the cursor over the gaps, the title and number of views comes up but no painting! I use Chrome so it may only be an issue with that. I have pasted a screen image below.

Well, there's a thing...reading this made me look again on my PC. I'm using google and do get gaps in the gallery banner. It didn't really bother me, I thought they'd sort it soon. But it's nothing to do with POL. I've just tried using Microsoft Edge search engine. No gaps there. So it is Google. Being a creature of habit, I've stuck with google. I'll use Edge instead.

Windows 10 / Firefox browser / widescreen laptop. Never had gaps in the gallery banner, and very much doubt it can be a Google issue. Might be that some images have a large file size, and are thus slow to load on your pc / laptop / phone? Have you tried clicking on the gaps and seeing if you can encourage them to appear?

Am I imagining it or is there less of a description on much of the work posted since the changes to the site? Often there is no size shown or even details of medium used. I don’t know if the new site set up has actually affected what people put, but there seems a lack of a “how to use” section. I tick the boxes about medium etc when posting but does this show anywhere? I can’t see that it does.
