It was a kind offer Sylvia, and I'm sorry for not acknowledging it. I didn't reply as I assumed you wouldn't wish to post overseas, also I am well set up for sketching (which I don't do often enough!) pads etc. Your diagram was very clear and I do like your sketch with the purple hills.

Not a whinger at all Sylvia. It was a very kind offer and I'm afraid all too easy for people just to read and pass on by. I remember a former member (you'll know who I mean) who was rather upset at not getting a positive reply for information/advice he'd given in a post. I forget the exact details, what would have happened is a number of people would have read the post but not found it directly relevant or would not have had something to contribute.

Oh the joys of dipping in and out WiFi grrr.  Jill I have so many lovely memories with my books.  If you email me your address I will pop one in the post for your experiments .

That is really kind Sylvia, firstlyI have a number of old photo albums in stock at the moment which I use for experimenting and secondly I tend to work on a large scale. But thank you for the kind offer.......

Thank you for your thank you Jill.  I am going to explore your photo album idea it sounds good. I also work quite large ...grammatically that sounds wrong......it works out at A4 per work section.  If you change your mind just let me know.
