Sketch for a painting I’m about to start .9
Looks interesting Paul I've just finished a boats painting..playing about with horse and carts..
Hi, I have just returned home after a waterfront walk and today’s sketch was done whilst sat on one of the many piers here in Stromness
Nice sketching Gillian what wouldn't I give for a waterfront walk..my sketch today is the view from my daughters kitchen window ( done from memory) kinpurnie tower Scotland..dip pen & ink.
I love you're style of sketching Bari, Gillian I hope you enjoyed you're walk, it is a lovely sketch. Drawn from a friends photo, a scrambler.
Just done this block of flats, about to start my demolition in pastels. Don't know if it will work or if it will be a disaster.
Is that a little face at the window of the 11th floor  ...I've been having a go at the Dragon fly..plus playing with a new framing app.
Nice building Denise, like your dragonfly Bari. A basic sketch for a possible painting , Thames sailing barges , in front of a power station , they were used to deliver coal until after WW11. And some were used at Dunkirk as they could go in shore to the shallow water. The power station is based very loosely on several along the Thames Battersea being the most famous..
Lovely Dragon fly Bari and the framing app sounds like mega fun. Really good sketch Paul. Be good to see it painted.
Thanks Denise the app is for Android 'HD Photo Frames'  quick sketch in my journal for a picture I'm thinking of doing...
A rough sketch of and idea for a possible painting at some point . Used graphite sticks and a blending pencil , must have had a bit of blue somewhere as it come out in sketch .
Sat in the shade watching the bees on the lavender , painted very quickly as th3 paint was drying as it went onto the paper .
