Just had a message from Dermot Brennan ( he of wonderful seascapes and skies in Ireland) .  He made a comment on one of the pics I have posted , in the comment he said that there was now no forum and he missed it.   How ridiculous I had to go back to his painting to leave him a message on how to find the forum.  I know there is an email facility but it hasn’t worked for me. The Private Messaging service was excellent why can it not be reinstalled ,I have asked twice before and nothing happens .  Please will the powers that  be on POL either reinstall it or at the very least give a reason why not, or even recognise that the request has been made.

Sylvia I recently sent  a couple of private messages successfully, with the recipients replying. I did this by going into their profile and used the contact button ( not sure if that’s the correct name for it) near the top of the page.

Mmmmmmm I still don’t see it Paul. I’ve just been to your profile or I think it is. I cannot see a P M facility.  Do you mean an e mail ?.  That’s not what I mean.  There used to be and possibly still is a P M section it accumulated mssag S up to 100 . I really can’t find it.  Will look again.   Have looked and can only find Your Page Paulette has your pics on but no message bit.
